What materials are used in your products?
The main materials of our wire wound crystal products are natural crystal and metal (including common metals such as copper and silver)
Do you offer custom or personalized orders?
Yes, we offer customized products. If you have a desired style of wire wrapped crystal, or requirements for crystal color and type, please contact us.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Because it is a handmade product, there will inevitably be some traces of artificial production on the product. We will send you pictures or videos of the product to confirm the details of the product before delivery. We will ship it after the customer confirms that it is correct. The corresponding products will not be returned once sold unless there are special circumstances. I hope you can understand.
How long does shipping take?
We have storage warehouses in Mainland China, Hong Kong, China and the United States. Orders will be shipped from the nearest warehouse. In most cases, delivery takes 5-12 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we have cooperation with most international express companies, which enables our products to be delivered to most places in the world, but if express delivery is not well developed in your area, please confirm with us before placing an order.
